Six Sigma Blended Training

The Lean Six Sigma Blended Training Courses allow students to complete part of the program in person and the rest of the training online.

The Lean Six Sigma Blended Training program has been available from Global Six Sigma for 6 years. The blended program provides students the opportunity to learn from a live instructor and benefit from interacting with other students while still having the flexibility to complete the training in a self-paced environment.

There are several Lean Six Sigma Blended training program available. The courses include both the Green Belt and the Lean Fundamentals options with the ability to add Lean. You may view the different options below. In addition, these programs may be customized for group training at your organization.

Starting at $1,050 – Blended Lean Fundamentals Training and Certification

Lean Fundamentals Blended Program is a 6-week course. Training will occur online self-paced and live virtually once per week, for two hours, including breaks. After completing this training, you can lead a qualified team on continuous improvement projects using the Lean tools.

The course will include several homework exercises to be practiced weekly.

Course fee $1,050 per person
Course taught online self-paced and live via Zoom by a Master Black Belt with extensive project knowledge and real-world experience
Lean Introduction and Fundamentals concepts are covered during this training
Digital manuals with the option to purchase printed manuals that can be shipped to a US shipping address
Project Coaching and Certification is available for only $300 and includes 3 hours of remote support from a Master Black Belt, project review, and final Lean Agent certification
Ability to sign up on a future date for the Lean Master program

The final certification will require the completion of one project.

Notes:

Homework and online course modules will be assigned each week to keep you on track
Must attend at least 80% of the 6 weekly classes live in person, and must have a camera on at least 80% of the time during class
The live classes will focus on exercises, discussions, and Q&A with the instructor

Blended Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a 8-week course that combines our proven self-paced training, individual homework assignments, and weekly live instructor-led sessions. The live sessions reinforce the concepts through practical exercises, group discussions, and QA with the instructor. After completing this training, you can lead a qualified team on continuous improvement projects using the Lean Six Sigma approach.

Course fee $2,450 per person
Online self-paced combined with virtual live sessions conducted by a Master Black Belt with extensive project knowledge and real-world experience on the Zoom meeting platform
White Belt, Yellow Belt, JumpStart, and Green Belt concepts are covered during this training
Offers a practical approach to applying statistical analysis utilizing Minitab software, considered to be the global standard in Six Sigma
Access to Minitab software for use during the training
Digital manuals with the option to purchase printed manuals that can be shipped to a US shipping address
