The first day of Six Sigma Green Belt is the Six Sigma White Belt class, which gives an overview of the Six Sigma discipline.
This training is performed during the Green Belt course on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Six Sigma JumpStart consists of the first week of the Six Sigma Green Belt. JumpStart students have the option to add the second week of the Green Belt if they choose to continue.
The Six Sigma Green Belt course is a two week class that provides the basic methodology required to complete Six Sigma projects.
The Black Belt program is a two week course. It is mandatory to have a Green Belt to register, unless you are registering for the four week Black Belt, which includes the Green Belt
SixSigmaTraining.us was the first organization to offer a four-week Six Sigma Black Belt course. This course was designed for individuals who would like to enroll for the Black Belt program directly without any prior experience. It includes two weeks of the Green Belt course and two additional weeks of the Black Belt after Green Belt course. Students may choose locations using our Blended Training option

Seeking the highest level of Six Sigma certification? The Master Black Belt Certification runs 2 weeks, and is one of the few programs available in the marketplace that offers a recognized Master Black Belt program. Certain prerequisites are required before enrolling.
SixSigmaTraining.us is an approved provider of specialized training authorized by IACET and PMI. With this, we are authorized to award Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for our training. In addition, some of our programs are eligible for Professional Development Units (PDUs) required to obtain and/or maintain Project Management status. In order to obtain these credits, the student must successfully complete all requirements of the training including any exams that might be required as part to earn these units.

We are also GSA and TXMAS contract holders, offering discounted rates through these programs to all local, county, state, and federal agencies.
