DMAIC/DFSS Green Belt

DFSSDMAIC/DFSS Green Belt [ ]

Our Two-week Green Belt program combines the Design for Six Sigma methods with the traditional DMAIC Six Sigma concepts for a blended offering ideal for individuals that have no prior experience in process improvement training. Candidates attending this program will gain the knowledge necessary to improve existing processes as well as understanding how to apply design methods to the development of new processes, products, or services. SixSigma.us includes a full version license of SigmaXL Statistical software which we’ll illustrate how to use the statistical methods during the training. This course leads to a project-based certification for Green Belt in DFSS/DMAIC Six Sigma Methodology.
