  • Have delivered some process improvement, data analysis, leadership, or change management training for at least 40 hours (evidence required).
  • Have taken a leadership or another type of soft skills training for one week (evidence required).

The two-week Master Black Belt Training curriculum was developed to enhance the statistical expertise of certified Black Belts keeping in mind the tools used on a majority of Six Sigma projects. At the beginning of each topic is a detailed review of the must-know concepts from Black Belt-level material.

Learning Outcomes

After attending this training, participants will be able to:

  • One result of building the Master Black Belt curriculum from the Black Belt material is to create a deeper understanding of the DMAIC roadmap.
  • An increased knowledge base of statistical methods will assist future Master Black Belts to become better leaders of four-week Black Belt programs.
  • Handle those difficult questions in a straightforward manner and not have to “Let’s put that question in the parking lot”.

The goal is to cultivate a greater appreciation and understanding of the DMAIC road map. Master Black Belt certification will be provided at the completion of the course after prerequisites have been approved and the candidate has attended all course dates. PDUs & CEUs
