The Six Sigma.us Online Yellow Belt Webinar will be a 2.5 day course. Training begins on a Tuesday this day is our White Belt, and then Wednesday and ½ day on Thursday wraps up the Yellow Belt portion of the program. After obtaining this second level belt, you can become a qualified team member of a Green Belt or Black Belt project.

- Lean Six Sigma Program Overview
- Define Phase
- Lean Six Sigma Deployment
- Process Variables Mapping
- C&E Matrix
- Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Waste Identification & Methods to Reduce Waste
- Introduction to Statistics and Graphical Analysis
Course Time (Given by each time zone):
- 10 am – 4 pm (Eastern)
- 9 am – 3 pm (Central)
- 7 am – 1 pm (Pacific)
At the end of this course, the attendees will:
- Acquire the knowledge obtained from the White Belt
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the team-based Six Sigma tools utilized to prioritize the inputs of the process (process maps, C&E Matrix, FMEA)
- Understand the necessary tools required to become valuable contributors to an organization’s larger goals and objectives
