We also offer a Six Sigma JumpStart , which is the first week of the Six Sigma Green Belt training. Attend just the first week of the class to learn enough to get started on a project and get some quick benefits. We also have blended options that provide more flexibility without losing the benefits of classroom training.
The first day is designed as a One Day Six Sigma White Belt which provides an Executive Overview of what Six Sigma is about and how to deploy it within an organization.
